Its heart is made of kaolin with 8 cm thick walls  and cooked at 1100ºC. Kaolin is the refractory material par excellence, its properties allow a great accumulation of heat and extraordinary thermal inertia (the time that the walls of the oven take to return the heat inwards).

Cooking in a Wood fired oven preserves the Texture and Properties of food.

Suitable for outdoor installation. Resistant to atmospheric agents. Exterior finish with top quality materials and metallic parts treated with polyester powder.
