1: Ingredients

  • 1 turbot (2 kg weighted aprox)

  • 6 medium potatoes

  • 1 kg onions

  • Fresh parsley

  • Garlic powder

  • A little water

  • 1/2 white wine glass

  • Olive oil

  • Salt

2: Method

Clean and salt the turbot. Keep it in the fridge until required.

Cut the onions into thin strips.

Slice the potatoes. Fry potatoes and onions in a hot pan until golden separately

Place the potatoes and onions over a baking dish.

Place the turbot on it. Sprinkle with garlic powder and fresh parsley.

Drizzle with olive oil, white wine and salt.

Pre-heat the oven to 180ºc

Bake in oven for 1 hour
