1: Ingredients

  • 1 kg of fresh red tuna

  • 400g of vegetables cut into julienne strips

To sauté:

  • Red and green pepper

  • Onion

  • Leek

  • Courgette

  • 100g of integral bread crumb

  • 3 eggs

  • Olive oil

  • Salt

  • 2 diced cloves of garlic

  • Parsley

  • Ground black pepper

  • 1 jar of roasted tomato and red pepper

2: Method

Chop the tuna in scales. Clean the skin and nerves

Add vegetables: diced garlic, chopped parsley, breadcrumbs and oil

Stir and season to taste.

Add eggs, beat and mix to combine. Keep the mixture in the fridge for 12 hours.

Place the mixture over a round baking dish

Pre-heat the oven to 180ºC

Bake in oven to taste.
