1: Ingredients (4 servings)

  • 1kg of fresh pork loin

  • 8 slices of delicious cheese (Emmental, Gouda, …)

  • 8 slices of smoked bacon

  • 1 orange

  • 1 small cup of brandy

  • 2 tbsp of sweet German mustard

  • Olive oil

  • Salt

  • Pepper

2: Method

Pre-heat the oven to 180º C

Brush a dish with butter & Place meat over it.

Bake in oven for 50 minutes

Slice meat without reaching the bottom Between every slice, place jam, cheese and smoked bacon.

Season to taste with oil, salt and pepper.

Bake in oven again for 20 minutes.
