1: Ingredients

  • 20 small potatoes

  • 2 zucchini, cut into large slices

  • 1 tray of mushrooms

  • Olive oil

  • Salt and pepper

  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce of your choice

2: Method

Cut and trim the vegetables and place them on a plate.

Brush the vegetables with olive oil and mix

Seasoning to taste

Add the barbecue sauce and stir

Skewer the vegetables on skewers.

Bake at 200 ° C for about 30 – 40 minutes.

NOTE: potatoes will skewer easier if pre-boiled for 4-5 minutes
