1: Ingredients

  • 20 small potatoes

  • 2 big sliced courgette

  • 1 tray of mushrooms

  • Olive oil

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • ½ cup of barbeque sauce (at your choice)

  • Aceite de oliva, 3 cucharadas soperas.

  • Sal y pimienta al gusto.

2: Method

Chop vegetables and place them over a dish

Brush vegetables with oil and mix to combine

Season to taste

Add barbeque sauce and stir

Thread vegetables onto skewers

Pre-heat the oven to 200ºC

Bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes

(Note: potatoes will be easily threaded if you boil them for 4-5 minutes previously)
